A warm greeting to all esteemed teachers, staff, and potential candidates of the VA Schools Vietnam-America School System!

First and foremost, the VA Schools leadership team would like to express our deepest gratitude to each individual who has, is, and will be accompanying us on our journey of creation. We believe that each person, regardless of their position—from manager to teacher, from support staff to service staff—is a vital link in the value chain that VA Schools strives for: a school of listening.

We live in a rapidly changing world where education is not just about imparting knowledge, but also about the art of awakening potential, shaping character, and equipping students with a solid foundation for life. At VA Schools, we are constantly striving to build an environment where students can develop holistically, both intellectually and morally, nurturing and cultivating “Vietnamese talents,” creating happy, knowledgeable, and compassionate citizens who dare to step out into the world and build a better society.

We believe that to achieve this goal, we need a team of dedicated, enthusiastic, and continuously learning teachers and staff. Therefore, we always create opportunities for our staff, teachers, and employees to learn, improve their expertise, hone their skills, and develop themselves through in-depth training programs, experience-sharing workshops, team-building extracurricular activities, and a clear and transparent career progression path.
